AIM 2 Be Well

Individual Support:

Our wellness branch of the company has two distinct purposes. The first is to support districts with employee wellness initiatives at a systems level. The second is to directly support educators on their wellness journey through mindfulness, yoga, weekend retreats and mini-courses such as our “Clarifying Purpose Post-Pandemic” class.

YOUR 24-hour Fall Yoga and Wellness Retreat was amazing. See what our guests had to say:

“The thoughtfulness was extraordinary. From the homegrown herbs and fruits to the space for allowing what was. Appreciated how attentive the hosts were to so very many details, including guest comfort. The amount of effort expended was truly commendable.”

“Thank you both for being so lovely. I have always appreciated you and your focus on growth and wellbeing. It was special to be a part of this retreat experience.”

“I appreciated the time away from home to focus on me. I like that it was only 24 hours, which made it easier to be away from home. Abby is a great facilitator, and I appreciate that she is unapologetically herself. I felt so comfortable. The home is cozy with a beautiful view. The food was healthy and delicious!”

“The 24-hour yoga wellness retreat is the perfect amount of time to get away and focus on your own health and wellness. I learned so much about myself, making healthier life and food decisions, and had time to laugh with other women. Thank you AIM2 for offering this wonderful opportunity. I felt so refreshed as I drove back home.”

What students had to say about our recent online coue:

Clarifying Purpose Post- Pandemic (CP3)

This course is for you if you want to:

* Recognize and overcome internalized limiting beliefs so they no longer hold you back

* Claim your voice and identify where you can use it effectively to bring about change

* Have a clear vision for the future you are committed to building

* Be clear on your values and core messages and make sure your actions are aligned to those messages

* Lead by example and use your stories to inspire others

* Explore the scope and breadth of the legacy you want to leave in the world

During a difficult time where changes are the new norm this was a much needed break for reality to reset and begin to develop the reality I want and need. Resetting priorities is never easy, having an organized spring board and “coach” to get it started is just what I needed as I was beginning to lose myself in the “new” normal.
— Melissa, Special Education Administrator
CP3 provided me an opportunity to reflect on my current situation and develop action steps to keep my values at the forefront of my personal and professional work. Activities were engaging and empowering. Important work that I wouldn’t have done on my own.
— Eileen, School Social Worker
The guided thinking exercises provided a framework for deep thinking, reflection, and clarification of values and goals. I left this course with a renewed sense of purpose and actionable steps to achieve my goals.
— Jessica, Teacher
This learning forced me to think about me - my behavior, my actions and my intentions. I truly appreciate the opportunity to do just that. Abby’s thoughtful exercises helped me realize and articulate areas that I can improve. Thank you for a “no pressure atmosphere” and the reminders that it was ok if we didn’t complete the activities in a particular time frame. That felt good!
— Sarah, School Administrator
